GSH Series Hot-air & UV Conveyor Belt Dryer are special designed for various ink printing. The unit is widely used in printing paper, PCB, advertisement, nameplate of instrument panels and plastic, etc.

• The unit is equipped with 3 function sections: Hot-air (4 Sections), UV Drying (1 Section), Cooling Air (1 Section)
• Hot air (IR) and Cooling Air sprayed through nozzles of insulating board; utilizing a vacuum belt to hold down substrates, controlled temperature keeps consistent ink drying. Paper movement is reduced and precise registration can be improved.
• The conveyor belt is made of TEFLON material imported from the USA, rated for high temperature, attrition and radiation
• The frequency conversion mechanism ensures consistent. The unit is diverse for different printing and drying modes: handwork, semi-automatic and high-speed automatic printing
• The unit is equipped with automatic tension which can accurately adjust the alignment of conveyor belt.
• The UV drying modes are variable: single-lamp drying and multi-lamp drying to consume less energy and extend the lamp(s) hours.
