GWD 720/780/1020 Series Wicket Dryer is widely used for drying all kinds of printing solvent ink and paint such as a ceramic decal, credit cards and other package printing etc.

• The GWD series unit consist of heating parts and cooling parts; Heating parts are full of closed tunnel construct, and cooling parts are open construct, and cooling parts are open construct without side boards
• There are electric heating lamps fixed on the top of heating parts. Through the fans and lead bar fixed in two of the wind boxes, hot air can circulate and constant temperature can be maintained.
• The unit has a digital temperature controller. There is one layer insulation on the side board for insulating use
• There are two sets of exhaust devices which are fixed separately at the beginning and the end of the heating parts
• There are fans fixed on the top cooling parts, which are used to blow dry the paper surface through the lead bars
• The unit can be combined with automatic printing machine. Through the moving clamps it can build up an automatic producing line: Printer-Dryer-Conveyor-Stacker
